Tetra Tech is the lead consulting firm for the Los Angeles River Master Plan and is currently working in conjunction with a team of consultants, the City of Los Angeles and the Army Corps of Engineers on this very exciting project. Ira Mark Artz, P.E. is the Tetra Tech Project Manager.
As we have now released the draft LA River Master Plan report, I
wanted
to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your hard work and
input - for both the Master Plan document and the draft EIR/EIS. It has
been a pleasure working with all of you because of your commitment and
professionalism. Without each of you, something would have been
missing.
